Botregeneratie - Puros dermis
Puros Dermis Allograft Tissue Matrix is een humaan bindweefsel implantaat, als alternatief voor een graft uit het palatum van de patiënt. Deze allograft wordt vervaardigd uit weefsel van de rug en is bewerkt met het TutoPlast proces.
Puros Dermis is een collageen, type I en wordt gebruikt voor:
- Connective tissue graft
- Horizontale en verticale soft tissue augmentation
- Ondertunneling techniek, voor een beter esthetisch resultaat
- Als een matrix/steiger waarin/op het eigen doorbloede bindweefsel van de patiënt kan ingroeien.
Puros Dermis resorbeert na verloop van tijd geheel (4 tot 6 maanden). Hiervoor is eigen bindweefsel van de patiënt in de plaats gekomen.
Puros Dermis behoeft slechts voor gebruik 2-3 minuten gehydrateerd te worden. Kan op kamertemperatuur opgeslagen worden en heeft in de verpakking een steriele expiratietijd van 5 jaar.
Puros Dermis is leverbaar in drie maten:
- 10 x 15mm
- 20 x 30mm
- 30 x 40mm
