Botregeneratie - Puros botkorrels
De Puros cancellous en cortical allograft botkorrels bieden de ideale combinatie van natuurlijk collageen en hydroxylapatiet. Het unieke van dit product is dat dit humane donorbot bewerkt is met het Tutoplast proces.
Dit proces bestaat uit 5 behandelingen en garandeert dat het materiaal absoluut veilig is. Het hydroxylapatiet (HA) en het collageen van het donorbot zijn behouden, alleen het eiwit dat verantwoordelijk is voor het afstootproces is verwijderd. De combinatie hydroxylapatiet en collageen (vergelijk bouwstenen en cement) zorgt ervoor dat dit materiaal volledig omgebouwd wordt tot eigen bot van de patiënt. Na 4 maanden is het geplaatste bot al hard genoeg om in te kunnen implanteren.
Vaak wordt door de implantoloog het botmateriaal voor socket preservation gebruikt, maar het kan ook tegelijkertijd met de implantologische ingreep gebruikt worden. Het Puros materiaal geeft volume aan de kaak en stimuleert het autoloog bot tot aanmaak van nieuw eigen bot.
Vooraf dient het Puros botmateriaal gehydrateerd te worden. Het mag eventueel ook gemengd worden met autoloog bot.
Puros botkorrels zijn leverbaar vanaf 0.5cc tot 3cc inhoud.
