Botregeneratie - Puros botblokken
Puros botblokken zijn vervaardigd uit humaan cancellous bot met daarover heen een corticale laag. Het te plaatsen Puros botblok en de preparatie-zijde dienen vooraf volgens bijgaande richtlijnen bewerkt te worden. Voor plaatsing moet het bewerkte Puros botblok geheel gehydrateerd worden. Aanbevolen wordt om dit met behulp van een syringe te doen (deze wordt standaard meegeleverd met het botblok).
Het Puros botblok wordt met osteosynthese schroefjes vastgezet en afgewerkt met Puros botkorrels en een membraan (CopiOs en/of Biomend).
Puros botblokken zijn leverbaar in twee maten:
- 15 x 10 x 9mm
- 15 x 15 x 9mm

Puros block allograft eliminates the need for a secondary surgical procedure, thereby saving operating room time and costs, reducing pain and morbidity, and shortening the rehabilitation time for the patient.
Puros block allograft:
- Provides a predictable and highly effective alternative to traditional block grafting. It is delivered sterile,is readily available, and offers a virtually unlimited source for the surgeon’s block grafting needs.
- Increases bone volume for surgical ridge augmentation in patients where bone volume has been reduced due to atrophy, thereby increasing the primary stability of subsequently inserted implants.
- Solves the problem of the limited amount of bone that can be taken from a donor site.
