Het gehele jaar worden diverse tandheelkundige evenementen georganiseerd. Wij houden u graag op de hoogte van de evenementen op het gebied van de orale implantologie, zowel nationaal als internationaal.

Advanced Course – Zimmer Institute Winterthur - VOL!
Maandag 13 en Dinsdag 14 februari 2012
U voert vanaf de indicatiestelling, op verschillende patiëntmodellen, zelfstandig chirurgische behandelingen uit. De nadruk in deze advanced course ligt op:
- Oogsten van bot intra-oraal
- Oogsten van verschillende soft tissue grafts
- Botaugmentatie met verschillende technieken en materialen
- U werkt met allograft boneblocks en chips, membranen etc.
- Soft tissue management
- Sinuslift met verschillende technieken en materialen
- Explanteren van implantaten gevolgd door reconstructie harde en zachte weefsels
Docenten: Peter van der Schoor, Jos Deurloo en Farzin Banakar.
Maximum 24 deelnemers. Inschrijvingen worden op volgorde van binnenkomst behandeld.

Surgical:
- Incisions, flap design, soft tissue management and suturing techniques ( implant exposure with soft tissue graft, implant exposure with roll flap, implants exposure with advanced flaps)
- Single and multiple implant placement
- Submerged and non-submerged technique
- Immediate implant placement
- Socket Preservation
- Different types of bone grafting: block graft and graft with Puros® Particulate Allograft
- Sinus Lift with or without simultaneous implant placement
Restorative:
- Different impression techniques: Direct and indirect impression techniques
- Abutment and components selection using catalog and Try-ins (straight/angled/contoured)
- Different restorative possibilities: PFM cemented, screw retained, single units, bridges, full ceramic crown on zirconium abutment
- Fabrication of a temporary crown
- Occlusion management
